While not a full length album release, "slant" is a collective of my favourite 8 songs out of 35ish I made within a six month period between January to June 2020. The songs released here are not all the same genre per se, so I didn't feel comfortable releasing them and others as a cohesive LP. I plan to release my first full length in the future at some point.

The name "slant" was chosen as a metaphor to represent the many emotional inclines that lead us up and down in life. It was inspired by the year 2020 as a whole. While a couple tracks were produced in times before the world was a much darker place, sonic and melodic choices in this little collection of tracks were very much inspired by the melancholic impact this year has left on myself, and many, many others.
